Terms & Conditions

All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with The Sambhava Path, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when The Sambhava Path sends a confirmation email, and when you have completed the deposit payment.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of confirmation. Not completing payment may mean loss of spot. Other arrangements may be discussed.

Cancelation 

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans.

We will return 50% of the deposit for cancellations before 7 days of our program starting.

Medical 

The Client must inform The Sambhava Path on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect your health during any of our programs, including medications you are currently taking. Failure to notify us may result in the Client being refused certain activities during the program or retreat at the Client’s own expense for their own safety. Please email directly if you have concerns.

The client is responsible for all health monitoring during our programs.

Privacy 

We keep all our clients information private and will never solicit any of your information.

Consent 

By making payment, you consent to the content of our programs and have clear understanding.
